can I code for pbtutor web form error when click in datawindow

I am running PB 12.5 build 25.11 on windows 7 sp1 with .net v4.0. with IIS 7.5 .7600.16385 and IE 11 and successfully run the web form tutorial.  The problem is that if I click anywhere in a DW report I get the following error which shuts down the browser:

Unexpected error was thrown, the browser will be closed! Please report the error to administrator.
