SQL Anywhere database published to internet

Hi all.

I have published a SQL Aniwhere 12 database to the Internet (by IP address and port number across a Firewall).

I have scripted a Sybase Powerbuilder application that try to connect via ODBC to this database.

When I try on my Notebook connected to the internet (e.g. with USB key and SIM module), my application works very fine.

So, I have scripted a Sybase PocketBuilder application for a windows mobile palm.

This palm have a SIM installed. I have created a GPRS connection on this device.

When I try to navigate to the internet (e.g. with I.E. mobile) all works fine, but my app don't works right: it seems that the connection requiest not automatically start the GPRS connection defined: I receive this Error message: "Database Server Not found".

When I open an internet page and immediately after I try to connect wiht my application, this works fine ...

Maybe there is an ODBC option to force a GPRS connection to start?

The problem is on Pocketbuilder app?

Why on pc notebook works and on palm device not?

Thanks in advance.
