Sysam licensing - is it required in Runtime?

Hi,

We are in the beginning stages of migrating our application to PB 12.5. I see there is a new Sysam licensing model. Does this apply to only the IDE installation or to the PBVM (runtime) as well? We are hoping to keep the EA Server on ver 5.5. So I am assuming, we don't need to change any licensing for the EA Server.

Also for PB IDE for about 5 developers. Would you recommend individual or Server level licensing?
